Part of the Ocean Beach Club, this stylish 18-story tower would fit comfortably on Miami's South Beach. It has that kind of élan, and a vibe that can be party-hearty in the adults-only areas. Rooms are outfitted in shades of taupe and pewter with pops of heathery green that contrast beautifully with the colorful ocean views (through huge windows!). Rooms range from standard two-double rooms with wet bars to sprawling suites with eat-in kitchen (fully equipped), living room, and two bedrooms. Amenities from the fire pits and pools to the restaurants and lounges are shared with the Ocean Beach Club. Even though the beach is steps away, the Oceanaire has multiple pools, including quite a large outdoor one, and an indoor one just for adults, that's sided by a fire pit and becomes a hopping adult playpen after dark. A swank sun deck is located high above the beach on the 10th floor. If you are offered a room on the 10th floor, be sure you have access to the sun deck and that you have a view. (some rooms, like 1022 have only partial views because their balconies are hemmed in by the sun deck—an anomaly in this lovely property).
