A weekend breakfast favorite is the Mexico City–style tortilla-and-salsa dish called chilaquiles, while lunch and dinner offer a wide range of salads, quiches, crepes, sandwiches, and a full menu of Mexican dishes. There’s almost too much choice here, but Tucsonans, a brave lot, make do.
