Frommer's Review
Another of the restaurants inside the El Minzah Hotel, the "Corsair" serves up some of the best Moroccan cuisine in the country. Upon entering the split-level salon, diners know they're somewhere special by the uninterrupted view of the Straits through 3m-high (10-ft.) bay windows. The menu includes Moroccan staples with a twist; a harira Marrakchi soup with Tafilalt dates and a beef kebab tagine with eggs in a paprika sauce, for example. Those who can give 3 hours' notice can indulge in the house specialties of sea bream stuffed with seafood or mechoui (roast lamb) with prunes and almonds. The large salon has traditional low-lying tables and lounges, and at night diners are entertained by Andalusian musicians and traditional dance.
