This handsome ranch house-style building houses some of the best red meat in town. All steaks are charbroiled over an open flame. We especially recommend the prime rib (11 or 16 oz.) and the baseball steak -- a super-thick center cut sirloin. Other options include Utah trout, king crab, a full rack of baby back ribs, and the daily pasta special. All dinners come with a huge salad, hot bread, and your choice of potato. Full liquor service is available.
