Located in the hisoric Steamboat Laundry building, this slick eatery opened in 2012, keeping a few of the rough edges for an industrial-chic vibe. The menu focuses on creative and sharable small plates like pig ear lettuce wraps, shrimp and grits, and salt cod fritters, and the large plates emphasize local game and trout. The bar mixes up some great craft cocktails, often using devilish historic recipes for drinks like Satan's Whiskers and El Diablo.
