We have a soft spot for this family-run hotel right on Playa de la Concha because the staff is so genuinely friendly and the hotel oozes character. The rooms are bright and so well ventilated (yes, the windows open!) that you won’t need the air-conditioning. Decor is minimal as being outdoors is the main attraction. Eighteen rooms have sea views; those doubles are slightly larger than doubles on the other side, which overlook a landscaped square. The sea-view doubles cost about 50% more, but they can accommodate an extra bed and include a desk. The Niza is easily the best-priced beachfront hotel in town.
