The Heritage accomplishes the neat trick of feeling intimate, despite the fact that it's a huge hotel. A lot of that has to do with the friendliness of the staff, a group who bend over backwards to make sure guests are well tended. Heck, they'll even bring out marshmallows in the early evening so that guests can toast them in the fireplace. The area the hotel is in is also blissfully quiet, just west of the main town area. As for the rooms, they're spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. Families and other large gropus should ask about the large villas across the road from the main hotel (but still part of the complex).
