This all-inclusive of modern modular furnishings and bright colors has two classes of rooms: the standard, and the Preferred Club, which features a selection of the property’s choicest rooms (all with Jacuzzi on the balcony), a private lounge and pool, free WiFi, VIP check-in, thatched beachside restaurant, and various other upgraded amenities and services.

Note that the cheapest, “Garden View” rooms are in a separate building a bit removed from the rest of the property (and the beach), requiring a walk or ride in a golf cart.

On the plus side, the restaurants and entertainment are a bit above average for Punta Cana (where such mid-range resorts are not particularly known for their stellar food). On the minus side, they will pester you to attend a timeshare pitch (in exchange for upgraded amenities) every time you’re in the lobby, which is just unclassy.

Guests can also make use of the evening dining and entertainment options at the Secrets, Breathless, and three Dreams resorts in Punta Cana (transfers not included).
