With all the ocean-side/oceanfront/oceanview dining available in Provo, why oh why would you want to dine on a golf course? Well, if you could find one this pleasingly atmospheric and solid, you needn't ask. In fact, you can eat here all day if you really want -- the restaurant is open from 7am to 3pm and then from 6 to 10pm, and in between the bar serves such hearty snacks as conch fritters, popcorn chicken, and burgers. The bright, airy, high-ceilinged space has French doors that open onto an outdoor patio with seating overlooking the golf course greens. The menu is extensive; choose from salmon, pork chops, lamb chops, rare blackened tuna loin (with spicy mango chutney), steak, or pasta. A kids' menu offers burgers, chicken fingers, and cheese sandwiches.
