Frommer's Review
When this popular gourmet restaurant moved from its longtime spot in Coral Gardens in October 2007, it barely missed a beat -- it remains one of the island's most popular dining destinations. Its new location on the patio fronting the Caribbean Paradise Inn may not be as roomy as its previous locale, but that hasn't kept Chef Paul Newman (no, not that one) from flexing his inventive culinary chops.
Chef Newman shows off his culinary flair in preparing some of the island's freshest and best seafood. His island dishes show a strong European influence. Start your meal with tempura shrimp in Barcelo honey-rum sauce or Provo lobster bisque. For a main course, try the cashew-encrusted rare seared ahi tuna or the rich lobster thermidor, updated with a Dijon-and-mushroom crème.
