Frommer's Review
This casual place is jumping morning to night, and the ocean-side location is only half the enticement. With a setting like this, the food doesn't have to be this good -- but it is, and hallelujah. The coconut shrimp is fried to perfection, and if lobster is in season, order it here, grilled. Hemingway's is also a fine lunch choice, serving a terrific mango shrimp salad over Provo lettuce with mango chutney, a very respectable hamburger, and good chicken and chips: marinated and fried Caribbean jerk chicken breast with the restaurant's signature seasoned fries. The service is attentive but relaxed and friendly. At night torches and candlelight heighten the romantic ambience. A bell sits on a pole on the upper deck of the restaurant, there to ring if anyone spots JoJo the dolphin cruising the Grace Bay waters.
