Right across the street from Commander’s Palace restaurant, this is the lush uptown cemetery. Once in horrible condition, it’s been mostly restored. This is a frequent setting in Anne Rice's work, especially as a roaming ground for Lestat and Claude in Interview with the Vampire and as the graveyard for the Mayfairs in The Witching Hour.
