Condesa df is a member of the groovy Habita group of hotels and the hotel's rooftop terrace is a magnet for local artists and hipsters. It has great communal sofas and hammocks; when the weather turns chilly, the staff brings out blankets and heaters so that guests can continue the outdoor party. If that's your scene, then this is the place for you. But the rooms can be small and while they're "of the moment" (lots of wood, lots of white, sharp angled minimalism, deep soaking tubs and stone tile flooring by designer India Mahdavi) some people find the decor a bit too minimalist. As well, there are reports that the guest rooms with terraces can get noisy, since they're right below the party terrace.  Still, the views from that terrace can't be beat, and the location of the hotel—it's tucked away on a tree-lined street in the heart of Condesa, right next to Parque España—is swell.
