This otherwise modest hotel in the Jewish quarter hides a surprising array of unusual facilities, most notably the only authentic mikvah bath in town. The other unexpected feature is a salt grotto, while a sauna and massage are also available on-site (at an extra cost). Also to hand is a genuinely kosher restaurant and a sports bar, in a historic part of a building once occupied by Isaac Jakubowicz, founder of the nearby synagogue of the same name.
