Candidate for best lodging in town, Poland’s only Relais & Châteaux hotel is both historic (it’s an early 16th-century conversion) and contemporary (high-speed Wi-Fi in each room). Designers have, somehow, arranged a swimming pool, gym, and sauna in the medieval cellars. The sumptuous furnishings fit the surroundings, and the restaurant is one of Kraków’s finest.
