Set directly over the beach, close to the center of town, this popular watering hole (happy hour sees a lot of sun-blasted divers) was changing management at press time, so we'll have to see how the new version fares. Come here for amazing views of the sea, an engaging informality, and free Internet access. Expect standard conch, fish, and chicken dishes -- and hopefully, faster service.
