Since 1994, this has been just the place to see and be seen in Aspen. The food is also first-rate, with the kitchen plating up authentic Italian fare like fettucine bolognese, shrimp and zucchini risotto, and fusilli pesto, plus steaks and seafood with similar preparations. A bar menu offers smaller and less expensive variations of these dishes. In summer, there is no better place to dine than the courtyard here, set on the main level of a gallery-laden shopping complex.
