Just feet from the sands of Barnes Bay, this open-air restaurant is one of the island's favorite fine-dining destinations. It's a beautiful sunset spot with a casual-elegant vibe. Seafood, naturally, is the specialty here. Don't miss the Barnes Bay lobster cakes or New England–style conch chowder. Grilled Anguillian lobster is served with lemon butter; it also comes blackened with a homemade spice blend. Fresh-caught fish (snapper, mahi, triggerfish) come grilled, pan-seared, or steamed; a house specialty is the sesame snapper in an Asian marinade, grilled and topped with sesame seeds. The grill is also put to work with Cruzan rum-barbecued chicken and five-pepper-crusted New York strip. All breads and desserts are house-made.
